RETURNS POLICY

Return of goods
The Title Deed comes with a one year money back guarantee from date of order where it is returned in its original condition and packaging. When the Title Deed has been returned the Titleholder's name will be removed from the Register of Titleholders and a full refund will be issued.

Right to Cancel
In addition, under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations you may cancel your order for any reason within seven working days following the day on which you receive the goods. Please ensure that the Title Deed is returned in its original condition. We will reimburse you in full on receipt of the returned Deed. You will, however, be responsible for the costs of returning the Title Deed to us (unless it is faulty or has been delivered by us in error).
