"Today being Saint Patrick's Day I handed over one of your Title Deeds to a client of Irish descent together, of course, with a few cans of the 'Black Stuff'. The reaction was truly amazing. Great PR for any company."

Your land Title Deed measures 12"X9" and is printed on 170 gsm parchment style paper with a 1" border to fit directly into a standard 14"X11" frame.

Alternatively, you can mount it to fit either 16"X12" or 18"X14" frame. Hang it with pride in your home or office.

"When you emigrate, no matter how much you love your adopted country, you can never create the same sense of belonging that your ancestry gives you. Our plot in Deer Park, and our Title Deed - the ever-present, visible reminder of my wife's Irish heritage - enable us to belong in both worlds - the Old and the New."

Roger Barlow

"What a great idea. It's like bringing me full circle ... moving from Ireland to England at 19; then to America at 35, and now, after 60, a chance to have a piece of Ireland all over again. I'm comin' home!"

John Madden

By Hook,
or By Crook ...

In 1170, Richard fitzGilbert de Clare, known as Strongbow and an ancestor of President Bush, invaded Ireland. Aware of the strategic importance of Waterford, as his fleet stood off the Hook Head, just down river from the village of Crooke, he vowed that he would take the city By Hook or By Crooke, giving birth to an expression that is now used all over the world.

(Next time you hear someone use that phrase, tell them it's from your part of Ireland!)

Your own piece of Ireland for
St Patrick's Day, Easter, Birthdays, Christmas, or Any Day!
- It's easy, it's quick, and it's unique!

Whatever the occasion - Birthday, Anniversary, Retirement, St Patrick's Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas or just plain "No Particular Reason" - here's a great opportunity for you to present someone with the ultimate personalized gift at an affordable price.

If you (or someone you know) have got an Irish Heritage, or even an Irish Spirit, then a little piece of Ireland from Hibernia Heritage is the perfect gift.

There's no need to dream about Ireland any more because now you can be a landowner with your own little piece of old Éireann, and proudly display this specially designed Celtic Title Deed in your home or office to give you a lifetime of pleasure.

Mounted and framed, your Title Deed is guaranteed to be the focus of attention - and the envy of everyone - wherever you display it.

This really is the ultimate Irish gift; it's affordable, it's steeped in tradition, and it's truly unique. They're not making any more land where we come from, so when it's gone, it's gone!

Perhaps your parents, your grandparents, or even your great-grandparents came from the Emerald Isle - but if they didn't, don't concern yourself; Ireland's Céad Míle Fáílte (hundred thousand welcomes) is for everyone, so go ahead, treat yourself, you'll be sure to feel at home.

For just $87.50, you'll be the Titleholder of a plot of land in the spacious and historic Deer Park, situated on the spectacular Hook Peninsula, just a few short miles from the birthplace of President John F Kennedy's great-grandfather, a stone's throw from Ireland's most haunted house, and in the shadow of Europe's oldest lighthouse.

"Thank you, this really is an awesome idea. We're regulars at the Irish pub and we've always wanted to visit Ireland but it's always been outside our budget so this is a great way to make up for it! Like you said on the web site, if we can't get to Ireland then Ireland will come to us. We had the Title Deed framed for everyone to see, and it's had some great comments."

YOUR TITLE DEED IS A LOT
MORE THAN A TITLE DEED

Take a look at it - this is not just a Title Deed; it's a distinctive, personalized work of art that will enhance any home or office and give you a talking point for years to come.

Your individually numbered Deed is printed in both English and Irish Gaelic - or, Gaeilge na hÉireann - on heavy parchment style paper, with specially commissioned Celtic artwork from Cari Buziak, imbedded line drawings of the Hook from Raymond Foley, one of Ireland's most talented artists, and a coat of arms embossed in gold foil.

But that's just the start - the next bit is the exciting bit, and it's just for you.

When we receive your order we will allocate a plot and your name will be inscribed on the Title Deed using Uncial, the lettering of St Patrick. Your Title Deed will then be embossed with the seal of Hibernia Heritage and signed by Breandán de Paor, whose family have been custodians of the land since the nineteenth century, before being sent to you.

Just wait until you see it hanging on your wall, it really is superb.

JUST LOOK AT WHAT YOU GET

Ireland has a special place in the hearts of millions of people all over the world and now this unique opportunity allows them, and you, to become a titleholder of your own plot of land, 'back home', on the Emerald Isle.

In keeping with the historic nature of the scheme, we have used the nineteenth system of links, chains and perches, to carefully re-measure an area of land within the Deer Park, on Wexford's Hook Peninsula, and have allocated plots of one square link each  to make this once in a lifetime offer available to you. We think that has more relevance than a square inch of Ireland.

Your individually numbered Title Deed refers to a specific plot, making it truly unique and restricting the offer to a limited number of plots, so when they're gone, they're gone! All this for the remarkably low price of just $87.50, for your piece of Ireland.

Clearly, such plots are not designed for development or husbandry. These are special souvenir plots for your enjoyment, and in that light some of our Titleholders have already visited the area to see the Deer Park and to experience the rugged beauty of the Hook Peninsula at first hand.

Although it's not essential, we sincerely hope you will join them at some time to enjoy the hospitality and scenery of this historic corner of Ireland for yourself.

Have you seen
the Deer Park?

Don't answer too quickly - you see, you may already have seen the Deer Park without even realizing it; it's amazing how many people have.

Occupying almost one hundred acres on the unspoilt western coast of the peninsula, looking out over Waterford Harbor, the Deer Park is just across the estuary from the picturesque port of Dunmore East, already known to many visitors as a regular stopping point for a number of cruise ships, including the Queen Mary 2, so, if you've been cruising, perhaps you've seen the Deer Park and the Hook without even noticing, as you sipped cocktails on deck!

WATERFORD CRYSTAL, JFK & YOU

Your Irish land on the Hook is in County Wexford, in Ireland's Sunny South-East and with nothing but water between the two, it's not surprising to discover that it was often referred to in the past as 'the next parish to America'.

The lighthouse - the oldest in Europe - with its distinctive black and white stripes, was founded by the monk Dubhán in the sixth century.

When you visit your land, you'll find the Templars Inn just a few minutes away where you can relax with a pint of the black stuff opposite an ancient tower of the Knights Templar, and with an unparelleled view across the harbor to Dunmore East, especially at sunset. (Don't be too long before you come and see us).

Within half an hour or so you'll find:

  • The internationally renowned Waterford Crystal factory
  • The Kennedy homestead, birthplace of President Kennedy's great grandfather
  • Irish National Heritage Park, covering 9000 years of history told in a fascinating setting of woodland, riverbank and native Irish dwellings.
  • Memorial to Commodore John Barry, Father of the US Navy, who was born on Lady's Island, just up the coast.
  • The Wexford Genealogy Center, the ideal place to research your family tree.
  • Boolavogue, where Father Murphy led the 1798 rebellion that eventually led to Irish independence.

PS Remember our three special Bonus items, with a $25 value, that come with your superb, personalized, Title Deed:

  • A full color map of the Hook, specially drawn by our own cartographer to show the location of the Deer Park. Use this to show your friends and colleagues where your land is, or perhaps even frame it and hang it beside your Title Deed.
  • A superb full color print of the Hook Head suitable for framing. With this you can see the uniqueness, and some of the wildness, of the peninsula for yourself.
  • Notes, and details, from the Hook and its environs so you can impress everyone with your knowledge! (Leave it on the coffee table and see how the conversation flows).
  • Order a plot now for yourself, or as a very special gift, and we'll get working on it right away.
